StoriesLens Privacy Notice

StoriesLens is designed as a private-by-default creative space. This notice explains the minimum information used for verified creator accounts.

Information used

We use an email address or mobile number to deliver a one-time sign-in code; the service stores a one-way identifier and masked destination. We store the account’s chosen country route, story projects, creator-provided text, reviewed artwork, audio a creator intentionally saves, consent records, private invitations, and service usage needed for security and quotas.

Regional routing

The account owner chooses China Mainland, United States, or an eligible other country. Private media is routed to the corresponding configured private storage. We do not silently choose or change that route from an IP address.

Photos and safety

A real-person photo can only be saved by the account-owning adult after they confirm their relationship or permission, private use and regional processing. The original file remains on the device. The browser creates a smaller working copy without location or camera metadata; only that copy is sent to the configured regional storage, safety and AI providers. It remains private and is not automatically published. Revoking its photo consent deletes media saved under that consent. “Delete forever” removes a project and its saved private media immediately; account deletion removes all private account media.

AI processing and training

Text or media may be sent to the configured service providers only to deliver the requested writing, safety, illustration, voice, or film function. Customer content is not used to train StoriesLens models by default.

Sharing, retention and deletion

Projects are private by default. When eligible, an owner can create an expiring, unlisted invitation link. Archived projects have a 30-day recovery window; permanent project deletion and account deletion are separate controls. Operational records may be retained where legally required or needed to resolve abuse, security, payment, or legal claims.
