StoriesLens Early Release Terms

The service is in an early release, remains experimental, and may change. Registration uses verified contact information. The account owner must provide accurate region information and protect access to the account and private collaboration invitations.

Adult-owned family accounts

During the first beta, a parent or legal guardian must own any account used by a young creator. The adult decides what is uploaded, reviews the child’s work, and approves each eligible private sharing action.

Creator ownership

Creators keep ownership of the original work they provide and the creative decisions they make. The account owner grants StoriesLens the limited permission necessary to store, process, review, render, export, and privately deliver that work as requested.

Permitted content and personal photos

Upload only material you have the right and permission to use. A personal or family photo may be used only by the adult account owner after they confirm that they are pictured or have permission from the pictured person or the child’s parent or legal guardian. The original file remains on the device; a metadata-stripped working copy is sent to the selected regional private storage, safety and AI services to deliver the requested feature. Do not upload another person’s photo without permission, identity documents, school records, contact details, unlawful material, or content that exploits, sexualizes, threatens, or endangers a child.

AI guidance

Yu provides educational and creative assistance, not guaranteed learning outcomes or official endorsement by CCSS, NWEA, MAP Growth, schools, authors, or education authorities. The creator remains responsible for reviewing and choosing the final content.

Availability, payment and refunds

Beta features may be limited, paused, or removed for safety, capacity, or legal reasons. A free beta creates no automatic subscription. Every purchase must show the product, total price and explicit checkout confirmation.
